Angela Nordstrom‚ ARM, CMCA, Community Manager
Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Angela began her college career at Temple University and finished it at Mount Mary University in Milwaukee. Angela remained in Milwaukee for twenty years, where she worked in project management before moving into property management for the past twelve years. She has extensive high-rise management experience, including working with new construction and apartment-living. Angela now calls the Northeast her home and is very dedicated to her friends and family. Enthusiastic and with a zest for life, Angela approaches every experience with an open mind and a positive attitude.

Dillon Zeiler, CMCA, AMS‚ Assistant Community Manager
Dillon grew up in a small town outside of Hershey, Pennsylvania prior to attending school at the University of Pittsburgh, where he received degrees in Community Organizing and Architectural History. Prior to joining the management team at 2601 Parkway, Dillon worked with AmeriCorps in Pittsburgh, at a weight loss facility in southern Virginia, and at an early education non-profit in Center City. Dedicated, passionate, and eager to learn, Dillon enjoys political science, reading, and cooking. An avid traveler, he has traveled throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. A local Fairmount resident, Dillon is a certified Notary Public and formerly sat on the Board of Directors of the Fairmount Community Development Corporation. |
Meghan Donovan‚ Resident Services Coordinator
Born and raised in Delaware County, Meghan has been working in property management for ten years. Meghan attended school at East Stroudsburg University before moving to Northern California to work in the sustainable agriculture. Meghan currently resides in New Jersey with her partner and daughter. Meghan is an avid reader, enjoys horror movies, and is the Eagles's number one fan. |
MAINTENANCE TEAM
Christopher Conwell‚ Chief Engineer
Born and raised in the Kensington, Chris attended Frankford High school before moving into the maintenance industry. After serving ten years at the Rittenhouse Hotel & Condominiums, Chris spent nearly six years as the Senior Maintenance Technician at MetroClub Condominiums, before moving into the role of Assistant Chief Engineer at 2601 Parkway Condominiums. Equipped with deep-knowledge ranging from planned preventative maintenance to safety management systems, saddled with innate leadership skills, Chris brings passion and excitement to the Maintenance Department. Chris currently resides in the Spring Garden neighborhood and is an avid comic book collector.

Nick Scarabaggio‚ Maintenance Technician
Born and raised in Hudson County, New Jersey, Nick grew up loving and playing sports, leading him to become a self-described sports fanatic later in life, with a particular interest in soccer, football, hockey, and MMA. Nick enjoys mixing music and home projects, but more than anything, he enjoys big meals and good drinks with his family and friends.

Michael was born and raised, and currently lives in the River Wards section of Philadelphia. He began working at 2601 Parkway while it was an apartment building, and was part of the conversion process in 2005. Mike is a wealth of knowledge, and is an avid music and pet lover. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and trying new food. |
Stephen Coleman‚ Painter
Stephen is a Philadelphia native with over 25 years of experience in painting, refinishing, and drywall work. Precise and dedicated, Stephen's prior employers include both Park Manor Drive and the Morgan Properties, both located in the Philadelphia area. Stephen recently moved into South Philly, and enjoys singing, working out, and biking. |
