Christopher Varano‚ President
 
Christopher Varano is an Assistant General Counsel at Aramark, and has served on the Board of Directors of the 2601 Parkway Condominium Association since April 2015. Chris graduated from Villanova University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and also studied abroad at Oxford University. Chris and his wife, Colette, have two young sons (Clark and Walter) and a cat (Franklin). Chris also currently sits on the Regional Board of Playworks Pennsylvania.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Marc Glassman‚ Vice-President
 
Marc is the Director of Facilities & Maintenance for FirstService Residential. The position brings tremendous value to the residents of 2601 Parkway. Marc's emphasis on life safety, best practices, asset protection, and keeping properties running efficiently creates a safe and welcoming environment for each FirstService property, while maintaining each building's unique character and increasing property values. Previous to the building, Marc served as Chief Engineer from the pre-opening stage to the occupied stage of a newly-constructed high-rise condominium.
 
 
 
 
Michael Gutkind‚ Treasurer
 
Growing up, Michael was taught that it was important to give back to the community in which one lives. Consequently, he has served as President of both the Terrazza Condominium Association (Newtown Square, PA) and the Coolidge Place HOA (Margate, NJ), and currently serves as Treasurer of Baywalk HOA (Margate, NJ). A licensed realtor, Michael is a member of the Newtown Township Zoning Board, and spent 15 years as the manager of Labor Relations for the  Philadelphia region's Social Security Administration. He also currently serves on two committees at 2601 Parkway: Building and Grounds, and Covenants.
 
 
 
 
Marie Jackson, RMT, MBMS, MM, Secretary 
 
 
Marie Jackson is in her retirement career as a Personal Power Counselor, helping clients manage stress and overcome beliefs blocking their way to living a fulfilling life. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in metaphysics after retiring from her position as an executive secretary in public accounting and, most recently, running a clinic at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Marie's principal agenda with the Board is to build and enhance community through connection and outreach within 2601 Parkway and the city of Philadelphia.
 
 
 
 
 
Kwang (James) Hu, Member-at-Large

Kwang Hu has owned and operated Museum Cleaners, located at 2601 Parkway Condominiums, since 2015. Previously, he has worked with imports and exports, as well as various clothing and jewelry businesses. Currently, Kwang owns and operates several dry cleaners throughout the Center City area. As a member of the Board of Directors, he strives to build a strong commercial frontline to bolster the value of 2601 Parkway Condominiums.
