Safety is of the utmost priority at 2601 Parkway Condominiums. The building is staffed with 24-hour front desk concierge service, which handles everything from calling cab service for residents to granting unit access to guests. All unit keys are located in a locked and finger-printed system and unit keys are not provided to guests without the express permission of the resident. If a friend is coming to the building before you get home from work and you want them to have access to your unit, just call the Front Desk.

Relax, study, and watch television in the newly-renovated Community Room. Supplied with comfortable and stylish furniture, the Community Room provides ample space for residents of all ages to work and play. A play area for small children is conveniently located next to the television area, while residents in the adjoining rooms can study at the desks or hold a meeting in the adjacent meeting room. The Community Room also has a functional kitchen, and can be rented out by residents for private events.

 

The fitness center, which operates 24-hours a day, is equipped with various weight machines, dumbbells, and treadmills. Televisions allow residents the ability to catch up on the latest shows or the morning news while working out, while the wall-to-wall mirrors helps residents make sure that their yoga poses are correct.
