Christopher Varano‚ President
 
Chris Varano is an attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP and has served on the Board of Directors of the 2601 Parkway Condominium Association since April 2015. Chris graduated from Villanova University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and studied abroad at Oxford University.  His legal practice focuses on various areas of commercial and business-related litigation matters. He is both a 2601 resident and an investor-owner. Chris and his wife, Colette, have lived in the building since 2011, and have a young son and a car. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Playworks Pennsylvania, as well as the Executive Committee of Advancing Civics Education (ACE).
 
 
 
Marc Glassman‚ Vice-President
 
Marc is the Director of Facilities & Maintenance for FirstService Residential. The position brings tremendous value to the residents of 2601 Parkway. Marc's emphasis on life safety, best practices, asset protection, and keeping properties running efficiently creates a safe and welcoming environment for each FirstService property, while maintaining each building's unique character and increasing property values. Previous to the building, Marc served as Chief Engineer from the pre-opening stage to the occupied stage of a newly-constructed high-rise condominium. He is currently the Treasurer of the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Engineer Association. 
 
 
 
Marc Kramer‚ Treasurer
 
Marc is a serial entrepreneur, teaches at several regional universities, and has penned business columns for SmartCEO Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine, and American City Business Journals. Marc holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from West Virginia University, and a master's degree in Management from Pennsylvania State University. He is  the author of six books including the acclaimed Power Networking and  Small Business Turnaround. Marc is also a professional speaker and lectures on topics such as internet marketing, sales networking, corporate entrepreneurship, and turning around distressed companies.
 
 
 
Rochelle Caplan, Secretary
 
Rochelle is an experienced human services executive with credentials in both public and private sectors. Her expertise includes board development, strategic planning, and organizational performance. Rochelle served as the Philadelphia Department of Human Services's Operations Manager before moving into Executive Director roles with ELWYN, Inc., The Clinic, and The Center for Autism. 
 
 
 
Kwang (James) Hu, Member-at-Large

Kwang Hu has owned and operated Museum Cleaners, located at 2601 Parkway Condominiums, since 2015. Previously, he was worked with imports and exports, as well as various clothing and jewelry businesses. Currently, Kwang owns and operates several dry cleaners throughout the Center City area. As a member of the Board of Directors, he strives to build a strong commercial frontline to bolster the value of 2601 Parkway Condominiums.
