Angela Nordstrom‚ ARM, Community Manager 
Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Angela began her college career at Temple University and finished it at Mount Mary University in Milwaukee. Angela remained in Milwaukee for twenty years, where she worked in project management before moving into property management for the past ten years. She has extensive high-rise management experience, including working with new construction and apartment-living. Angela now calls the Northeast her home and is very dedicated to her friends and family. Enthusiastic and with a zest for life, Angela approaches every experience with an open mind and a positive attitude.
 Dillon Zeiler‚ Assistant Community Manager 
Dillon grew up in a small town outside of Hershey, Pennsylvania prior to attending school at the University of Pittsburgh, where he received degrees in Community Organizing and Architectural History. Prior to joining the management team at 2601 Parkway, Dillon worked with AmeriCorps in Pittsburgh, at a weight loss facility in southern Virginia, and at an early education non-profit in Center City. Dedicated, passionate, and eager to learn, Dillon enjoys political science, reading, and cooking. An avid traveler, he has traveled throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. A local Fairmount resident, Dillon is a certified Notary Public and he sits on the Board of Directors of the Fairmount Community Development Corporation.
   Jennifer Conard‚ Resident Services Coordinator
Prior to joining the management team at 2601 Parkway, Jennifer worked in facilities management with the federal government for ten years. Her keen attention to detail and quick-thinking make her an asset to the residents and staff of 2601 Parkway. She is a Philadelphia native, residing in the Northeast, and is a diehard Eagles fan. Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and crafting. 
   Fred Martin‚ Chief Engineer
Fred was born in the suburbs and served as a Seabee for eight years in the United States Naval Construction Forces, before moving into hotel facilities maintenance management. Fred has served as a maintenance supervisor at the Philadelphia Marriot, the former Franklin Plaza Hotel, and the Holiday Inn in Cherry Hill. Fred's knowledge of operational best practices and passion for preventative maintenance helps to not only maintain, but to improve the physical functionality and safety of the building. Fred enjoys golfing, and resides in Delaware County with his wife and cat.
Christopher Conwell‚ Assistant Chief Engineer
Born and raised in the Kensington, Chris attended Frankford High school before moving into the maintenance industry. After serving ten years at the Rittenhouse Hotel & Condominiums, Chris spent nearly six years as the Senior Maintenance Technician at MetroClub Condominiums, before moving into the role of Assistant Chief Engineer at 2601 Parkway Condominiums. Equipped with deep-knowledge ranging from planned preventative maintenance to safety management systems, saddled with innate leadership skills, Chris brings passion and excitement to the Maintenance Department. Chris currently resides in the Spring Garden neighborhood and is an avid comic book collector. 
Gary Cowlay‚ Maintenance Technician
Gary, a native Philadelphia, has lived in both North and South Philadelphia, prior to moving into West Philadelphia. With an affinity for plumbing, Gary has worked in both hotels and residential high-rises, such as Rittenhouse Plaza, Rate Financial Trust, and at various Atlantic City casinos prior to joining the 2601 Parkway Maintenance Team. Gary is an avid sports fan, and enjoys watching the Eagle's game with his dog .
Michael Zebrowski‚ Maintenance Technician
Michael was born and raised, and currently lives in the River Wards section of Philadelphia. He began working at 2601 Parkway while it was an apartment building, and was part of the conversion process in 2005. Mike is a wealth of knowledge, and is an avid music and pet lover. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and trying new food.
Stephen Coleman‚ Painter
Stephen is a Philadelphia native with over 25 years of experience in painting, refinishing, and drywall work. Precise and dedicated, Stephen's prior employers include both Park Manor Drive and the Morgan Properties, both located in the Philadelphia area. Stephen recently moved into South Philly, and enjoys singing, working out, and biking.
   Jose Cruz‚ Groundskeeper
Jose was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Philadelphia over thirty years ago. Enthusiastic and determined, Jose has dedicated nearly thirty years to 2601 Parkway Condominiums. His friendliness, willingness to help, and respect for the residents and the property help to make 2601 a beautiful place to live. Jose is an animal lover, and likes to spend his time fishing and biking. He lives in the Norris Square section of North Philly with his family and two chickens.
